FOUR CENTURIES OF ART, HISTORY AND BEAUTY
In FANZOLO Villa del Trevigiano, three miles away from Castelfranco, is the farm
described below belonging to the Magnifico Signor Leonardo Emo.
The Cellars, the granaries, the stables and the other places of the villa are lined up
on either side of the main building and at the end of each of them there is a dovecote
which is useful to the master and ornamental; to all these places you can go walking
under a covered space, which is one of the main things that you require
in a house in Villa as we mentioned before.
Behind this building there is a square garden measuring
eighty campi Trevigiani; a little river flows across it and it makes the place
even more beautiful and enjoyable.
Paintings by M. Battista Venetiano adorn the Villa.
